  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse (RN) position in an Adolescent Unit at Brattleboro Retreat.
  • Works with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
  • Provides clinical supervision of Mental Health Workers (MHW's) to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
    • Job Requirements
    • 5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months).
    • Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume.
    • Must have pediatric/child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume.
    • Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts.
    • MEDITECH experience is required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Must be able to start on 2/24 or 3/10.
      • RTO cannot exceed 7 days.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit specializes in treating adolescents with co-occurring psychiatric issues.
          • Additional Details
          • CPI certification is required and will be offered onsite.
          • Must outline patient populations experience in the submission file.
          • Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
