Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant responsible
for supporting loan officers and managing branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for loan officers and manage incoming
calls
Assist the Loan Processor with clerical tasks and maintain branch
documentation
Attend branch events to help build clientele and meet branch
objectives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass is required
General knowledge of mortgage regulations and loan documents
preferred
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
