*Gynecologist and Clinical Educator ($150-$200/hour)**Job at a glance** *Degree Required: *MD/DO* *Position Type: *Full-Time Locums/Travel* *Work Environment: *Outpatient* *Visa Sponsorship: *No*Job Description*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled *Gynecology Physician and Clinical Educator* to join our healthcare team within Student Health Services at a renowned university located in Suffolk County, NY. *The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical education, mentorship, and procedural training. *You will be responsible for training healthcare providers in performing pelvic exams and other gynecological procedures, ensuring adherence to evidence-based care. *This role does not include obstetrics but focuses solely on gynecology.*_*The pay range for this position is flexible and starts at $150-$200/hour (Negotiable based on experience)*_*Job Responsibilities** Providing hands on instruction, competency assessments, and ongoing mentorship, serving as the primary resource for clinical expertise.* Shadow providers to evaluate technique, provide feedback, and standardize best practices across Student Health Services.* Performing and training others in gynecological procedures, including pelvic exams, gynecological screenings, and evidence based care practices* Training and experience in performing pelvic exams, pap smears, and STI screening/treatment* Experience with preventive care, contraception counseling, and reproductive health services* Clinical supervision*Qualifications** Must be licensed in NY (MD or DO) and have experience performing and training others in gynecological procedures* Board Certified or board eligible required* DEA License required* CPR/BLS Certification Required*Working Hours*Full Time, Monday - Friday (no weekends/evenings/calls)Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)#INDEEDTHJob Type: Full-timePay: $150.00 - $200.00 per hourSchedule:* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* What is the best phone number and email for the employer to contact you?Work Location: In personby Jobble
