Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Operations professional to
oversee and complete key operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various departments to revise policies and ensure
compliance training
Manage financial tracking and documentation for stock grants and
board meetings
Project manage tasks related to contract negotiations, investor
presentations, and grants programs
Required Qualifications
Experience in business operations or as a Chief of Staff
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and
importance
Experience in legal/compliance or product/engineering programs is a
plus
Passion for or experience in the crypto industry is
advantageous
