Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Lead who will act
as the primary point of contact for large-scale clients during the
onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for onboarding strategic planning and
client relationship management
Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business
requirements
Communicate project expectations and progress to clients and
internal teams effectively
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the benefits administration industry
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration, client
onboarding, or SaaS implementation is a plus
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Experience leading multiple strategic projects with successful
outcomes
