Keys Clinical Team is Growing! Due to an expansion of services,
we are seeking additional full-time Clinicians for community-based
comprehensive programs, residential intensive treatment programs,
and emergency residence group homes located in Springfield, MA.

Compensation:Salary: Generous starting salary*: MA Level Clinician
$70,000 - $73,000; Ind. Licensed Clinician $75,000 - $80,000. A
$5,000 hiring bonus is provided in 2 installments at 3 and 6 months
of employment. *Starting salary ranges are based on having less
than 2 years experience and are negotiable commensurate with more
experience. Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual
skills, clinical intervention after hours, on-call rotation,
supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate
Risking Connection Trauma-Informed training, and Crisis Prevention
Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual
merit-based salary increases.Insurance: Generous company
contribution of over 90% of medical and over 70% for dental
premiums. Medical (comprehensive preventative, diagnostic, and
prescription, plus wellness and vision reimbursement). BC/BS
provider network with low deductibles and co-payments. Dental
(preventative and restorative services). Life (group term life
equal to ones annual salary). Professional Development: Up to
$4,000 per year for tuition assistance, professional certification
or courses taken for CEUs. Reimbursement of expenses related to
professional licensure (application, testing, renewal fees). Free
clinical supervision hours for those seeking licensure. Attendance
at clinical seminars or conferences. Training and practice in
evidence-based and innovative treatment methods such as DBT, CBT,
Triple P, Risking Connection trauma-informed care framework,
neurofeedback and collaboration with colleagues throughout the
organization. Self-Care: Paid time-off benefits include 3 weeks of
vacation, 2 weeks sick time, 3 days personal, and 3 days

Generous employee referral bonus program.Qualifications: Masters
degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology. One to
three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young
adult population in residential or community-based settings.
Licensed in the state of MA preferred, as an LSWA, LSW, LCSW,
LICSW, or LMHC. A drivers license and insured vehicle for
employment.Responsibilities:- Work within a team to provide direct
mental health services to children, youth and families, promote
their emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being, and help
them navigate the challenges they face.- Conduct comprehensive
diagnostic evaluations, administer formal testing as required by
licensing or contracting, and use assessment tools and interviews
to gather relevant information and formulate individualized
treatment plans.- Provide either in-home or in-program individual
counseling, therapy and family therapy sessions utilizing
evidence-based treatment practices, and implement strategies and
practices to engage children, youth and families.- Utilize
electronic health record system and state platforms to document and
submit case documentation.- Work collaboratively with external
service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated
approach to care.- Independently licensed clinicians provide
clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise
intern field placements.- The position is not remote, requires some
early evening hours to accommodate families and childrens
schedules, and participation in the paid on-call rotation
schedule.The Key Program is a private, non-profit human services
