Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract
exceptional talent
Source and screen candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting
initial interviews
Streamline the interview process by coordinating and scheduling
interviews with hiring managers
Qualifications
Up to 3 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing
Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing
Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn
Recruiter, and Canva
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A passion for building relationships and networking effectively
