LICENSURE DETERMINES RATEGeneral DescriptionProvide Mental Health Treatment and Psychotherapy, Case management, and treatment planning for Youth and Families receiving Intensive Community Services.Essential Job FunctionsComplete diagnostic mental health/substance abuse assessment and provide treatment in individual, family and group.Deliver treatment on an outreach basis to families and youth in the families homeDeliver treatment in sub-contractors facilitiesMaintain client records, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner including required State documents and authorizationsCoordinate treatment components and communicate with all collateral agents and all sub-contractorsProvide treatment within guidelines established by the Brien CenterFollow all policies or the Brien Center and its sub-contractorsProvide consultation to community agencies on mental health/substance abuse issues upon requestConsult to sub-contractors on treatment planningProvide Wraparound care planning for all youth and familiesOther ResponsibilitiesMaintain client records, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely mannerMaintain required productivity levelParticipate in regularly scheduled supervisionConsultation and supervision to BA level staff and/or graduate or undergraduate studentsAttend required meetings and agency trainingsAvailability required for on-call rotationOther duties as assigned by supervisorQualificationsMaster's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling or other clinical concentration; LCSW, LICSW or LMHC preferred.LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, IT or RN required within 6 months of eligibility date.Diagnostic and treatment knowledge and skillExtensive knowledge of the dynamics of mental health/substance abuse treatment, intervention and educationExperience in providing individual and group mental health/substance abuse and family counselingKnowledge of community resourcesSkillsExcellent oral & presentation skillsLeadership talent and the ability to delegate effectivelyWorking knowledge of computersAbility to work on interdisciplinary teamIND1by Jobble
