  • Job Details
  • The speech/language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients of the agency.
  • The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years minimum SLP Home Care experience
    • Valid Driver License required for this need
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
    • Acute care experience preferred
    • Master or Doctorate Degree required
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
    • MA SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST LICENSE REQUIRED
    • Work History
    • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
