Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel - Physical Therapist I - Home HealthShift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-FLength: 13 weeksRequirements:

• MA License
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapyapproved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
• BLS
• Home health experience preferred
