  • Block schedule, no shift accommodation requests considered
  • COVID vaccination required (dose date on or after 10/3/23)
  • Traveler must wear a mask at all times if exemption is approved
  • No local travelers within 50 miles of facility
  • Must take call for this assignment
  • Unit size: 8 beds
  • Dress code: Facility-provided scrubs
  • Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
  • Call-back and holiday multipliers: 1.25%
  • Call rate: $4/hour
    • Job Requirements
    • Three years of current CST experience required
    • NBSTSA certification required (Equivalent certifications not accepted)
    • Profile must include specific interview dates/times of availability
    • Traveler must have their own vehicle
    • Work history and skills checklist current to 1 year required
    • One supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment
    • License/certifications must be uploaded with profile (NBSTSA, BLS)
