• MA NOTARY REQUIRED (MUST BE BONDED/INSURED!)

  • COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.
  • Completing birth certificates and fetal death certificates on BMC Birthing Unit.
  • Service Unit Administratively and perform secretarial duties.
    • Job Requirements
    • 3+ years current experience as office registrar
    • MA NOTARY REQUIRED (MUST BE BONDED/INSURED!)
    • HS graduate or GED
    • Ability to effectively interact with patients, families, other health care providers required.
    • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple job tasks on a daily basis to meet the needs of the department required.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology required.
    • Valid Driver License required for this need.
      • Schedule Information
      • This is a PART-TIME need.
      • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

        • Will service Birthing Unit Administratively - Will process Birth Certificates.
          • Additional Details
          • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance.
          • Ability to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
          • Knowledge of Meditech/Excel & Word preferred.
          • Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately.
