The Director Clinical Services serves as a change agent to streamline services and promote excellence in care by providing staff with support, mentoring, coaching and supervision. The Director Clinical Services works under the direction of the Administrative Director BVNA and works collaboratively with the staff, other leaders within the agency and the Community Health Division, and throughout Berkshire Health Systems.
